Embracing the beauty of Analog Film photography we captured Bec & Deans day on a mix of old film cameras from the 1950’s (like all the square images bellow shot on a Rolleiflex 2.8) & modern digital goodness for a nostalgic twist to standard wedding photography. We heavily featured the film photos in this blog to highlight the style & vibes that film can bring to your day.  After getting ready with her girls in an airbnb we headed to Mount Mitchell Estate for some quick snaps of the boys & to enjoy a first look & champaign tower with their wedding crew before the ceremony. Jonny & Mike Sorrento Wedding by Dust & Salt Photography

Welcome to the wedding of Jonny & Mike at Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.  After a chance meeting at a friends wedding in Spain these two embarked on a worldwide love journey with one living in the UK & the other in the USA! Their friends & family came from all over the world to celebrate their celebration for their perfect summer wedding by the coast.  The boys got ready together with their crew where we shot a few 6x6 portraits on the old Rolleiflex film camera, then on to their ceremony at the Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club with a Bossanova duo to set the scene. Jamie & Sam Sunset Session on the Mornington peninsula by Dust & Salt

What a sunset this one was! Jamie & Sam booked in their wedding & added a Sunset Session to get comfy in front of the camera & score some sweet engagement images together. We chased that beautiful golden light & had the sweetest time chatting & getting excited about their wedding plans.
