* Top 10 Wedding Photographer of the year - Capture Magazine 2020 *

Hey I'm Lachy

I love chasing natural light in incredible locations, focusing on the true light & vibe of your day. I’m totally inspired by nature & passionate about creating people centred photography of you & the ones you love.

I'm a lover of good music, whiskey & getting out exploring nature camping & hiking.

I get totally invested in my couples, getting to know you & helping you create a day that represents you both.

There are so many unique ways of getting married, whether it's a traditional chapel wedding or an outdoor festival style celebration all the way to an intimate elopement in the mountains, it's all about creating a day that is special to you.

I shoot on professional digital cameras at weddings & both digital & old school film/analog cameras at sunset & adventure sessions & pride myself on capturing incredible moments in any conditions. I'll even stand out in the rain or snow to capture the best images for you! I love the look of natural light photography & strive to keep my images looking clean & neutral but I'll also use flash & bounce some light when I need to.

The sole purpose of what I do & end goal is to have you ecstatic with your photographs & holding tight the memories & moments that surrounded you on the day. It’s more than just images to me, it’s about the memories, connections & enjoying the whole experience together.

Here’s to reliving the happiness, to real moments & photographs that matter. Here’s to chasing your own style & celebrating in a perfectly unique way.

I'm based on the Mornington Peninsula & Melbourne & I'm happy to travel for weddings & elopements. Hit me up if you’ve got any questions at all, or just wanna say hi? info@dustandsalt.com.au
